Orthocare Chief Technology Officer to Present "The Effects of Alignment on Prosthesis Socket Reactions" at the AAOP Annual Meeting and Scientific Symposium, March 5, at 1:00 pm.
David Boone, CP, MPH, PhD, Chief Technology Officer of Orthocare Innovations and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Prosthetics and Orthotics, will present "The Effects of Alignment on Prosthesis Socket Reactions" as a Gait Society Special Presentation at the AAOP annual meeting in Atlanta. Dr. Boone, who will be presenting for the Society with Kenton Kaufman, PhD of the Mayo Clinic, will address the importance of prosthesis alignment. He will also highlight the ability to assess and optimize dynamic alignment using Compas™, the Computerized Prosthesis Alignment System.
